摘　　要：目的为进一步探讨支气管腔外病变压迫所致肺不张电子支气管镜下支气针吸活检术(TBNA)围手术期的护理。方法经CT检查肺部有块状病灶及所致肺不张(段以上)影像,对35例患者施行电子支气管镜下TBNA取细胞学及病理学的过程进行配合与护理。结果本组患者术程顺利,其中5例出现少量出血,经应用肾上腺素局部用药,出血停止,全部病例TBNA成功。结论本术安全,围手术期积极配合与护理有助于TBNA术顺利完成、及早发现并发症及处理。Objective To futher explore the perioperative nursing of electronic bronchoscopy-guided transbronchial needle aspiration biopsy （TBNA） of compressive atelectasis caused by extra bronchial lesions. Method There are 35 patients who were diagnosed with pulmonary mass and atelectasis （segmental bronchus） by CT, we gave them electronic bronchoscopy-guided TBNA, and offered sufficient cooperation of nursing in the process of cytological examination and pathologic biopsy. Result The process of biopsy was successful. Among the 35 patients, bleeding occurred only in 5 cases and stopped after local application of epinephrine. TBNA was successfully performed in all cases. Conclusion Generally, electronic bronchoscopy-guided TBNA is safe. And positive cooperation of nursing in perioperative period contributes to the success of TBNA, early detection and treatment of the complications.
