摘　　要：目的探讨早期干预护理在妊娠合并乙型肝炎治疗中的应用。方法采用对比研究早期护理的护理效果,并且对护理效果进行观察。结果采用早期干预护理的孕产妇,患儿带有乙型肝炎病毒的病历较少。结论采用早期护理干预,能够降低乙型肝炎的垂直传播,减少新生儿的乙型肝炎风险。Objective To investigate the application of nursing intervention in the treatment of pregnancy with hepatitis B. Methods The nursing effect comparison of early nursing, and nursing effects were observed. Results The early maternal nursing intervention, patients with hepatitis B virus records less. Conclusion The early nursing intervention, can reduce the vertical transmission of hepatitis B, reduce therisk of neonatal hepatitis B.
