摘　　要：目的探讨肛瘘患者手术治疗围手术期的护理体会。方法选取35例于2013年3月至2014年2月在我科进行手术治疗的肛瘘患者,对其实施细致周到的术前、术中及术后护理,观察临床疗效。结果 35例肛瘘患者进行手术治疗后,经过围手术期的悉心护理,均一次性治愈,无复发。结论加强肛瘘患者围手术期的护理,可有效减少和预防术后并发症的发生,缩短患者住院时间,减轻患者的痛苦,显著提高临床疗效,改善患者的生活质量。Objective For 22 low sphincter preserving surgery in patients with colorectal cancer using the Comfort Care. Methods Keep the environment comfortable, which will do good to the patient‘s health; have individual psychological service on patient by using good communication skills, which will make the patient feel mentally comfortable; take comfortable positions that suit patient according to the patient's individual condition, which will lessen the patient's discomfort; lessen discomfot of local skin by cleaning perianal and using medicine bath; lessen pain by using analgesia pump, listening to the music, communicating with family members and other methods. Result Through good care,the comfortable degree of patients increased. Conclusion Using comfortable nursing on low sphincter preserving surgery in patients with colorectal cancer can lessen the patient's discomfort and make the patient keep the good state, which is good for the recovering of illness.
