摘　　要：目的研究产后抑郁症(PPD)大鼠Th免疫应答的特点。方法 30只雌性健康SD大鼠随机分为正常组、假手术组和模型组。每组均设处理后1周、2周和3周三个不同的观察时间点予行为学测试。测试完毕后采用双抗体夹心酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)法分别检测大鼠外周血血清中干扰素-γ(IFN-γ)和白细胞介素-4(IL-4)的分泌水平。结果 1行为学观察:旷场实验(OFT):与正常组和假手术组相比,模型组各时点水平与垂直得分均降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。2IFN-γ和IL-4水平检测:与正常组相比,假手术组和模型组仅于第1周IFN-γ和IL-4水平明显升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);而模型组第2周和第3周IFN-γ和IL-4水平均出现显著性降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论免疫功能的异常与PPD的发生密切相关,PPD大鼠细胞/体液免疫功能均被抑制,存在严重的Th1/Th2比例失调。Th细胞的功能性极化对于调节机体免疫功能是至关重要的。Objective To research Th response characteristics in rats with postpartum depression（ PPD）. Methods Thirty female healthy SD rats were randomly divided into normal group,sham operation group,and model group. Behavioral test was conducted at 1,2,and 3 weeks after treatment in each group. After test,double- antibody sandwich ELISA was used to detect the levels of serum interferon- γ（ IFN- γ） and interleukin- 4（ IL- 4） in peripheral blood of the rats. Results Behavioral observation： open field test（ OFT） ： compared with normal group and sham operation group,horizontal and vertical scores at different time points in model group decreased significantly（ P 〈0. 01）. Detection of IFN- γ and IL- 4 levels： compared with normal group,IFN- γ and IL- 4 levels on the first week increased significantly in sham operation group and model group（ P 〈0. 01）; the levels of IFN- γ and IL- 4 on the second and the third weeks in model group decreased significantly（ P〈 0. 05）. Conclusion Abnormality of immune function is correlated with occurrence of PPD,cellular immunity and humoral immunity of PPD rats are inhibited,there is severe imbalance of Th1 / Th2 ratio. Functional polarization of T cells is very important for regulating immune function.
