老年心血管疾病的内科用药方法及疗效评价

摘　　要：目的：探讨老年心血管疾病的内科用药方法及疗效。方法选取我院2014年4月～12月收治的老年心血管疾病患者90例作为研究对象，随机分为观察组和对照组，各45例，对照组采用常规药物治疗，观察组在常规药物治疗的基础上予以服用阿托伐他汀治疗，评估两种治疗方法的疗效。结果观察组有效42例，总有效率为93.33%；对照组有效31例，总有效率为68.89%，观察组疗效明显优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论在常规药物治疗的基础上加用阿托伐他汀进行治疗，疗效优于单纯采用常规药物治疗，值得临床推广应用。Objective To study the elderly cardiovascular internal medicine method and curative effect. Methods Our hospital between April 2014 and December, admitted during the period of 90 cases of elderly patients with cardiovascular diseases as the research object, were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 45 cases in each group, control group 45 cases were treated by routine drug treatment and observation group 45 cases on the basis of the routine drug treatment to take atorvastatin treatment, evaluation of the effect of the two methods of treatment.Results 42 cases in observation group 45 cases effective, the total effective rate was 93.33%; 31 cases in control group 45 cases effective, the total effective rate was 68.89%, the treatment effect of observation group was obviously better than control group, （P 〈 0.05） .Conclusion On the basis of routine therapy combined with atorvastatin on the treatment, the effect is much better than the simple Conventional drug treatment, worthy of clinical popularization and application.
