摘 要:以我国法律法规中对体育教师的相关规定为依据,运用文献资料、实地考察、问卷调查、数理统计等方法对西北地区农村中小学体育师资指导环境进行了研究,结果显示:西北地区农村中小学体育教师数量不足,专业化程度不高,年龄结构不合理,职称比例不合理,第一学历偏低;体育教师工作内容庞杂、工作量大,职后教育缺乏;体育教师无法享受到应有的权利和待遇,学生在课余时间几乎得不到体育教师的指导。建议通过多种途径对西北地区农村中小学体育师资指导环境进行优化,促进2020年目标的实现。In this paper, the objective is our country scholastic PE teachers. The research basis of are relevant provisions in laws and regulations. By summarizing all the related documents, interviewing with related experts, investigating with the de- signed questionnaire and processing data statistically, we analyze teaching environment of PE teachers of rural high and pri- mary schools in Northwest China. Result shows that the northwestern area is in bad need of rural PE teachers. The teaching faculty is not high in specialization with unreasonable age structure and unreasonable title proportion with the first degree be- ing lower than average. PE teachers' job is not unified in term of content with vigorous workload and poor post - career edu- cation. Teachers can' t enjoy the rights and benefits they deserved. Meanwhile, students almost cannot get the guidance of the PE teachers in their spare time. It is proposed that the administrative is to optimize environment of PE teachers and to pro- mote the realization of 2020 target through various channels.
