摘  要:目的探讨情景模拟演练在培训塞拉利昂医务人员转运埃博拉病毒病患者中的应用效果。方法通过在理论学习基础上的情景模拟演练培训,以患者转运为切入点,围绕转运过程中可能出现的问题,结合传染病临床护理规范与受训者实际,设计具体临床情景,并制订转运能力培训评价表评估培训效果。同时调查受训者的培训满意度及对培训内容实用性的认可度。结果塞拉利昂医务人员安全转运埃博拉病毒病患者的能力显著提升(P<0.01);满意度和实用性认可度分别为84.13%和87.30%。结论情景模拟演练可强化受训者传染病防护意识,提升其转运患者的综合能力,值得在传染性疾病的医护培训中推广应用。Objective To explore the application effect of scenario simulation drilling in transferring Ebola patients training by medical workers in Sierra Leone. Methods Scenario simulation drilling was conducted based on theoretical study. Measures were conducted including designing specific clinical situation, formulating transfer ability training evaluation and assessing training effect using transferring patients as a point, surrounding problems that may occur during the transfer process, combing infectious disease clinical nursing standard and reality of trainees. In addition, the satisfaction and practice degree of the medical workers in Sierra Leone were investigated. Results The capability of medical workers in transferring patients improved significantly ( P 〈 0.01 ). The satisfaction degree and practical applicability were 84.13% ,and 87.30% ,respectively. Conclusion The scenario simulation drilling can strengthen self - protection awareness of infection, improve medical workers' comprehensive ability of transferring patients, which is worth for applying in clinical training.
