摘　　要：目的总结埃博拉病毒病患者在转运、出院、死亡过程中的感染控制方法。方法制订患者转运、出院、死亡环节中的感染控制措施,落实有效的患者管理、环境消毒、医疗垃圾及尸体处理等操作流程。结果 2014年12月5日至2015年3月4日,利比里亚中国埃博拉诊疗中心共接诊161例患者,其中确诊埃博拉病毒病患者10例,中、利双方工作人员未发生埃博拉感染。结论埃博拉病毒病患者转运、出院、死亡后尸体处理等环节的感染控制是卫生防疫工作的重要环节。Objective To summarize the methods of infection control in the process of transport, discharge and death of Ebola patients. Method Meas- ures were formulated including reasonable infection control methods in the process of transport, discharge and death of Ebola patients, and operation procedures effective workflow of patient management , environmental disinfection, waste and body disposal were implemented. Result From 5th December 2014 to 4th March 2015, Chinese Ebola Treatment Unit （ETU） in Liberia received 161 patients, 10 cases of which were confirmed Ebola patients. None of the Chinese or Li- beria staffs in ETU were infected by the Ebola virus. Conclusion Infection control in the process of transport, discharge and death of Ebola patients plays an important role in the epidemic prevention work, to guarantee personnel security of medical workers.
