摘　　要：目的探讨埃博拉病毒病诊疗中心的护理管理模式。方法通过成立专业护理小组、制订各岗位护士的工作职责、建立病房工作事项备忘录、制订病区错时查房制度、建立排班信息发布系统、建立合理的环境布局与流程、规范穿脱防护服的流程、实施三级护理质量监控与反馈等核心护理质量管控模式,保障医疗队护理工作顺利开展。结果接诊125例患者、留观36例患者,收治埃博拉病毒病患者4例,其中3例顺利康复出院。结论该护理管理模式保障了医疗队护理工作的顺利开展,确保了护理效率,实现了"零感染"的既定目标,为埃博拉病毒病的救护提供了借鉴。Objective To explore a nursing management mode in Ebola virus disease treatment center. Methods Measures were taken through establis- hing professional nursing team, nurse~ responsibility of each position, job memorandum of the ward, interleaved rounds system of the wards, scheduling informa- tion release system, rational layout of the environment and processes, standardizing dressing and undressing personal protective equipment protocols, implemen- ting three levels of care quality monitoring and feedback, in order to safeguard the smooth operation of nursing work. Results A total of 125 suspected patients were screened through the outpatients clinics ,36 cases were temporarily hospitalized, 4 cases were diagnosed as Ebola virus disease, and 3 cases were successful- ly recovered and discharged. Conclusion The nursing management mode guarantee the smooth operation of nursing work, ensure nursing efficiency, realize the goal of ＂ zero infection of the staff＂, which can be served as a reference for treating Ebola virus disease patients in the future.
