摘　　要：目的探讨儿童埃博拉病毒病病房的护理组织与管理。方法分析埃博拉病毒病患儿疾病特点及护理管理工作中存在的主要问题,从临床实际出发,建立健全组织架构,制订并完善工作流程,合理配置人力资源,严格消毒隔离和个人防护,为埃博拉病毒病患儿提供及时合理的治疗与护理。结果留观收治107例患儿,确诊埃博拉病毒病患儿57例,转院36例;治愈5例,治愈率为23.80%;死亡16例,死亡率为76.19%;全体医护人员零感染,患儿、患儿家长和照顾者均无交叉感染。结论建立、健全病区工作制度,严格遵守消毒隔离和个人防护流程,尽量避免紧急和高风险操作暴露是儿童埃博拉病毒病病例安全、高效管理的关键。Objective To explore the nursing organization and management of wards receiving children with Ebola virus disease. Methods The main characteristics of children with Ebola virus and problems existed in nursing managementwere analyzed. Then from the clinical practice, a sound organizational structure was established, work procedures were developed and improved, nursinghuman resources were rationally allocated. Besides, strict disinfection and iso- lation and personal protection were done, so as to provide timely and reasonable treatment and nursing care for children with Ebola virus. Results Of the 107 re- ceived children, 57 cases were with Ebola virus disease. 36 cases transformed to other hospitals, In the end,5 cases were cure, with a curative ratio of 23.8 %, 16 eases died, with a death rate of 76. 19%. zero infection of all health care workers and zero cross infection across children, families happened. Conclusion Establish and improve work system of the ward, and strictly adherence to disinfection and isolation and personal protection procedures, avoid the emergency and high risk operation exposureas far as possible, which is the key of safe and efficient management of EDV children.
