埃博拉诊疗中心的改进构想

摘　　要：结合利比里亚中国埃博拉出血热诊疗中心执行抗击埃博拉出血热疫情工作体验，对中国埃博拉出血热诊疗中心的管理体系提出改进构想。包括疑似埃博拉病毒病患者就诊流程的改进；建立一个集中供应的医疗物资二级库房；设1～2个穿衣区供各区域医护人员共同使用；建立母婴同室病房；建立心理治疗室并配备心理治疗师；人力资源的规划与设计；诊疗中心必备的3种水质管道的合理铺设。Combined with the implementation of Liberia China Ebola hemorrhagic fever diagnosis and treatment center to fight Ebola hemorrhagic fever epi- demic experiences,the management system of the center of China Ebola hemorrhagic fever diagnosis and treatment center was improved. Improved measures in- cluded, improvement of suspected Ebola virus disease treatment process, establishment of a centralized supplies medical supplies and secondary warehouse, design of one or twodrossing rooms for regional medical staffs use, establishment of rooming in wards and psychotherapist room and equipped with psychotherapy was also established, planning and design of human resources and reasonableplacement of three kinds of essentialwater pipes for diagnosis and treatment.
