结肠造口患者希望水平与抑郁情绪相关性研究

摘　　要：目的探讨结肠造口患者的希望水平及其对患者抑郁情绪的影响。方法采用Herth希望量表和抑郁自评量表对100例结肠造口患者进行调查。结果结肠造口患者希望水平处于中高等水平;抑郁自评量表评分高于常模,希望水平与抑郁呈负相关(P<0.01)。结论应结合结肠造口患者的希望水平,重视其抑郁情绪,并进行针对性护理干预,从而达到提高患者生存质量的目标。Objective To investigate the hope level of colostomy patients, so as to indentify the effect of hope level on depression of colostomy patients. Methods A total of 100 colostomy patients were investigated with Herth Hope Scale and Self- Rating Depression Scale. Results The hope level of colostomy patients was in a medium or above level. The score of self rating depression scale was significantly higher than that of the national norm, which was negatively re- lated with depression （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion Depression should be pay attention, combined with hope level, and nursing interventions should be given, to im- prove life quality of colostomy patients.
