摘　　要：文章综述了鼻咽癌患者张口锻炼依从性的影响因素,包括认知程度、身体因素、心理因素、社会支持以及治疗和锻炼相关因素,并提出了提高患者认知、调动患者社会支持系统,建立监管机制,提高患者锻炼依从性、处理放疗并发症提高患者舒适度、加强心理护理改善患者负性情绪等对策,以期为临床应用提供依据。The paper summarized the influencing factors of mouth opening exercise compliance of nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients, including cognition degree, physical factors, psychological factors, social support and factors related to treatment and exercise. Then put forward countermeasures of improving patients cognition, mobilizing patients＇social support system, establishing supervision mechanism, improving exercise compliance, treating radiotherapy complications to improve patient comfort, strengthening psychological education to decrease patients＇ negative emotion, etc, so as to provide references for clinical application.
