摘　　要：为研究不同稀释粉对公猪精液常温保存效果的影响,笔者使用5种稀释液处理杜洛克、长白公猪精液,采用WLJY-9000型伟力彩色精子质量检测系统检测精子的密度、活力、直线速度、有效保存时间和生存指数等指标。结果表明,对于杜洛克公猪精子保存效果最好的为稀释粉A和BTS,有效保存时间分别为71.07±10.45 h和55.00±5.29 h,生存指数分别为69.30±3.73和66.76±4.91;对于长白公猪精子保存效果最好的为BTS,其有效保存时间、生存指数分别为204.5±10.00 h和34.96±2.10。BTS对杜洛克、长白猪精子的保存效果较好,其精子存活时间较长、活力较好且保存效果较稳定,有利于生产应用。In order to study the effects of different extenders on boar semen preservation in normal temperature, we diluted boars semen by 5 kinds of diluents. The sperm density, the vitality, the speed of straight movement, the preservation time and index of survival were examined by using WLJY-9000 Colorful Sperm Quality Detection System. The results showed that ： For Duroc boars semen preservation, the best effect of preservation was gained in the diluent A and BTS, the effective save time were 71.07＋10.45 h and 55.00＋5.29 h, and the survival index were 69.30±3.73 and 66.76±4.91, respectively. For Landrace boars semen preservation, the best effect of preservation was gained in the BTS, the effective save time and the survival index were 204.5±10.00 and 34.96±2.10 respectively. For Duroc and Landrace boars semen, the BTS could provide preservation effect preferably. It could provide long sperm survive time and good sperm vitality and stabilized preservation effect, so it was good for application in production.
