摘  要:目的探讨Destroscope虚拟现实系统在颅内动脉瘤诊疗中应用的价值。方法应用虚拟现实术前计划系统对20例颅内动脉瘤进行术前评估,观察解剖结构并进行手术模拟,同时结合术中情况与术前计划进行对比分析。结果 20例颅内动脉瘤病例均成功地实现了颅骨及颅内血管的三维立体虚拟现实影像的重建。其中18例与计算机断层摄影血管造影术(computed tomographic angiography,CTA)报告结果一致,2例CTA报告可疑,在虚拟现实影像上清晰显示动脉瘤。20例患者均成功进行虚拟现实的手术模拟与手术设计,所得3D影像与手术所见一致。结论 Destroscope虚拟现实系统能够清楚地显露动脉瘤大小、位置,并可量化与周围结构的关系,有助于颅内动脉瘤的诊断及手术方案的选择,对提高手术安全性有意义。Objective To investigate the value of Destroseope virtual reality system in the treatment of intracranial aneurysms. Method 20 cases of intracranial aneurysms were preoperative evaluated by using the virtual reality system, then the anatomic structure was observed and the operation simulation was carried out, and intraoperative conditionswith the plan before the operation was compared. Result Virtual reality three-dimensional images of the skull and intracranial vessels of the 20 artery aneurysm cases were successfully achieved. Among the results, 18 eases were supported by the computed tomographic angiography (CTA) results ,2 cases were suspicious in CTA results, whichwere finally diagnosed aneurysms on the virtual reality images. Surgical simulation and surgery program of virtual reality of the 20 patients were successfully performed. Conclusion Destroscope virtual reality system can clearly reveal the size ,location of aneurysm, and quantify the relationships between aneurysm and surrounding structures ,which is helpful to diagnose and select the best individualized rapcutic planning to improve outcome.
