摘　　要：本文首先构建了引入土地资本的内生经济增长模型,并利用自适应半参数回归模型对土地生态价值与居民收入的关系进行实证分析。本文得出以下结论:在经济发展初期,国家政策以促进经济发展为主,企业的生产过程对土地生态功能破坏严重,土地生态价值降低;随着经济的发展,国家意识到生态环境保护的重要性,会加大生态保护方面的投入,同时居民在生态保护和环境保护方面的意识增强,土地生态资本积累增加,这会促使土地生态价值有所增加。本文给出以下政策建议:建立土地生态价值评价指标体系;增加土地生态资本积累,提升土地生态价值;将提升土地生态价值的目标与转变经济增长方式相结合;制定合理的有利于土地生态环境保护的制度。This paper develops an endogenous economic growth model with the introduction of land capital firstly, and the empirical analysis of the relationship between ecological value of land and income of residents is carried out by using the adaptive semi-parametric regression model. This paper draws the following conclusions ： （ 1 ） In the early stage of economic development, national policies promote economic development mainly, and the enterprises in the production process cause serious damage on the ecological function of land. Therefore, the ecological value of land decreases. （2） Along with the further development of the economy, the governments are aware of the importance of eco- environmental protection, and will increase investment in ecological protection. At the same time, the consciousness of residents in eco- environmental protection increases, and will accumulate ecological capital of land. This impels the ecological value of land to be increased. This paper gives the following policy recommendations： （ 1 ） We should establish the evaluation index system of land ecological value. （2） We should increase the accumulation of land ecological capital and improve the ecological value of land. （3） We should combine the objective of improving the ecological value of land with the transformation of economic growth mode. （4） We should develop a reasonable system for the protection of land eco- environment.
