研究型大学有机化学教学方式在人才培养中的应用

摘　　要：我们将研究型大学有机化学教学方式应用于人才培养,以学生自主学习为主、教师引导为辅的模式进行教学,采用新的考核方式,激励学生主动参与到教学之中,从而避免了"填鸭式"教学的弊端。This article proposes the application of the research-based teaching model to the course of organic chemistry. Based on the model, students must study on their own initiative, instead of studying passively. To avoid the disadvantages of cramming teaching, a new evaluation method is adopted to encourage the students to participate actively in learning.
