摘 要:通过对云南省国有林场人才队伍现状的抽样调查,发现云南省国有林场人才队伍面临人员结构老化、专业技术低下、思想陈旧及工作条件落后等问题。基于人力资源管理相关理论,并借鉴国内外林业人才队伍建设和激励管理方式,并结合我国国有林场改革方案及云南省地方实际,针对性地提出了加强林场领导选拔任用、优化林场岗位设置、深化分配制度改革、妥善分流职工及改善生产生活条件等措施和建议,以加强云南省国有林场职工队伍建设。Through the investigation of the status quo of the work troops of the state-owned forest farms in Yunnan Province, we found that the work troops loere aging with low professional skill, stale ideas and in poor working conditions. Based on the theory of human resource management and reference of domestic and international forestry talent team construction and incentive management, especially taken the "Reform program of state-owned forest farms in China" and actual local conditions of Yunnan into account, We put forward the following suggestion to strengthen forest leadership selection appointment, optimization of forestry post-setting, deepen the reform of the income distribution system, proper triage workers and improve production and living conditions the following suggestion.
