摘 要:蒙特卡洛方法,即采用统计抽样理论近似求解数学或物理问题的模拟计算方法。在测井仪研发过程中,使用蒙特卡洛方法进行仪器的设计、仿真是不可缺少的环节,此方法可以节约成本,缩短研发周期,提高产品研发的成功率,改善和优化产品的设计。本文采用蒙特卡洛方法对水泥密度测井仪的晶体进行了仿真与设计,本仪器在测井时采用的是137cs源,同时仪器的晶体采用的是NaI探测器,建立137cs源-NaI蒙特卡洛模型、几何描述建模、分析、分别对于两种设计尺寸的晶体进行了模拟和仿真,按照仿真结果设计测井仪的晶体,并对实际的测井试验结果进行了分析。确定所设计晶体作为该型号仪器的晶体投入生产。Monte Carlo method is named to use the statistical sampling theory to approximate the solution of mathematical or physical problems of the simulation method. In the process of tool development, use of Monte Carlo method for the design and the simulation of the instrument is an indispensable link, which can save the cost, shorten the development cycle, improve the success rate of product research and development and improve and optimize the design of the product. In this paper, Monte Carlo method was used to simulate and design the cement density tool crystals, the instrument used a 137Cs source and the NaI detector as the logging instrument crystal, Cs-NaI-Monte Carlo model was established and geometry description modeling and analysis were also carried out. The two design sizes of the crystals were simulated and emulated respectively, the crystal of tool was designed according to the simulation result, and the actual logging test results were analyzed. It was determined that the designed crystal could be put into production as the type of instrument crystal.
