摘　　要：我国聚氯乙烯产业发展正处于突破瓶颈时期,在技术、产能、产业结构等方面存在很多问题。改进产业组织竞争力理论模型(SCP)提出T-SCP修正分析范式;建立聚氯乙烯产业竞争力评价指标体系;根据2013年聚氯乙烯产业发展数据,使用因子分析方法对我国聚氯乙烯产业竞争力进行了实证研究并提出提高聚氯乙烯产业竞争力的措施。Polyvinyl Chloride industry is in a period of the bottleneck in China＇s There are many problems in technology, production capacity, industry structure and other aspects. This paper improved the competitiveness of industrial organization theory model （SCP） and proposed T- SCP amendments analysis paradigm, then established the industrial competitiveness evaluation index system of polyvinyl chloride industry. By using the actor analysis method and 2013 data of polyvinyl chloride industry in China, the paper conducted the empirical research, and proposed measures to increase the polyvinyl chloride industry competitiveness.
