摘　　要：选取45家农业上市公司为研究样本,计算出农业上市公司技术创新能力和企业价值的评估值,利用统计软件对两者进行相关性分析,结果显示,农业上市公司技术创新能力与企业价值之间呈显著正相关,技术创新的3个子能力中技术创新要素投入能力和产出能力对企业价值产生显著的正影响,环境支持能力无法显著影响企业价值。农业上市公司应积极致力于技术创新能力的加强,以达到促进企业价值增长的目的。Based on the assessed value of technological innovation ability and enterprise value, the article makes the re- gression analysis between these two index, using a statistical tool, the result of which shows that it has a significant positive correlation between technological innovation ability and enterprise value of the listed agricultural company. Furthermore, the article makes the regression analysis on the enterprise value with the three branches of technological innovation, and it shows that technological innovation inputting ability and outputting ability can make a significant positive influence on enter- prise value, while the environment supporting ability cannot make obvious positive influence. So it concludes that the listed agricultural company should be committed to the strengthening of technological innovation ability actively, in order to promote the growth of enterprise value.
