摘 要:改善绿色技术效率能够在既定投入下增加期望产出并减少非期望产出,它和技术进步一样都是经济可持续发展的重要源泉。经验分析表明,省际绿色技术效率差异较大但存在显著的β趋同和θ趋同;对外开放和城镇化有助于改善绿色技术效率,而能源投入强度、经济发展水平和环境规制水平与绿色技术效率负相关,科技水平的影响不明显。为改善绿色技术效率,应扩大对外开放与合作,推进新型城镇化和加快节能减排技术研发等。The improvement of green technology efficiency can increase desirable output and reduce undesirable one under given input, and it is the important source of economic sustainable development as well as technological progress. The results of empirical analysis on the measuring, convergence testing and influencing factors of Chinese provinces'green technology efficiency are as follows: a great difference exists among the provincial green technology efficiency, but there is a significant 13 convergence and 0 convergence; opening to the outside world and urbanization helps improve green technology efficiency, but energy input intensity, economic development level and environmental regulation level are negatively related to green technology efficiency; the effect of science and technology level is not obvious. In order to improve green technology efficiency, we can expand the opening to the outside world and cooperation, promote the new urbanization, and speed up technology R&D of energy saving and emission reduction.
