摘  要:利用沉降炉实验系统对沈阳市北部污水处理厂污水污泥和铁法烟煤配制成污泥掺混比例为20%的混合燃料,在815-1200℃下开展炉内结渣特性实验,观察炉内石英挂件的结渣情况,利用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和 X-射线衍射仪(XRD)分析混烧灰的表面微观形态及灰渣中矿物质组成。结果表明,泥/煤掺烧比例为20%,炉内温度达到1100℃时,会引起轻微结渣,达到1200℃时,会引起严重结渣。低温灰中的矿物以石英、长石类矿物和磷酸盐矿物为主,灰中长石类矿物和磷酸盐矿物在1000-1200℃发生转变形成熔融相,转移至玻璃相无定形物中,促进了颗粒间的烧结。Experimental study on the slagging characteristics of mixture fuels of Tiefa bituminous coal with the sewage sludge of Shenyang northern sewage treatment plant was carried out in a drop tube furnace at 815~1200℃. The slagging performances of quartz pendants in the furnace were determined at different temperatures, and the slag morphology and composition were analyzed by scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and X-ray diffraction (XRD). The results indicate that when the blending ratio of sludge is 20%, it cause slight slagging at 1100℃ and serious slagging at 1200℃. It is found that the mineral phase of co-firing ash are mainly quartz, minerals of feldspar group and phosphate minerals at the low-temperature. The melt phase form due to the transformation of feldspar group and phosphate minerals at 1000~1200℃, which aggravated the sintering of ash powders.
