31例双侧输尿管结石临床分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨双侧输尿管结石的诊断及治疗。方法:回顾性分析2010年6月-2014年9月收治的31例双侧输尿管结石的诊治情况。结果:20例患者双侧输尿管结石同期成功输尿管镜下碎石并留置双J管,5例一侧碎石成功,一侧退回肾盂,给予留置双J管,术后行ESWL治疗。2例一侧碎石成功,一侧行输尿管切开取石术,2例患者给予留置双侧输尿管双J管,2例患者改行开放手术。结论:双侧输尿管结石需及时手术治疗解除梗阻,手术方式根据输尿管结石的大小、部位及肾功能情况决定,输尿管镜碎石是首选的治疗方案。Objective：To explore the diagonsis and treatment of bilateral ureteral calculi.Method：31 cases of bilateral ureteral calculi patients were retrospectively analyzed in our hospital From June 2010 to September 2014.Result：20 cases of patients with bilateral ureteral calculi were successfully crushed and indwelling double J tube in a single procedure.One side were achieved in,the other side to return to renal pelvis were followed by ESWL in 5 cases.2 patients with unilateral were succeeded, one side for ureterolithotomy, 2 patients to double J tube indwelling bilateral ureter,2 cases were converted to open operation.Conclusion：Bilateral ureteral calculi must timely surgical treatment for obstruction,surgical methods according to the size,location and the renal function of ureteral calculi with ureteroscopic lithotripsy decision,is the preferred treatment.
