摘  要:为了定量描述动能弹正侵彻混凝土靶过程中弹道偏转的影响因素,采用刚性弹体正侵彻随机骨料混凝土靶模型,分别取用300~1 200 m/s变化的着靶速度,0.40、0.85、1.67、2.67 4个弹径比(弹体直径/骨料最大粒径),以弹体偏转角度为指标,分析着靶速度和弹径比两个因素对弹道偏转的影响。结果发现:弹体侵彻过程中偏转角度随着弹径比增大而减小,弹径比小于2的动能弹正侵彻混凝土靶,弹道偏转角度较大,低速(不大于500 m/s)侵彻过程弹道偏转角度波动也较大,高速(不小于800 m/s)侵彻过程弹道偏转角度波动很小;对于弹径比大于2动能弹,侵彻过程中弹道偏转角度较小,并且波动也较小。研究表明:动能弹弹径比小于2,混凝土细观组成极大程度促进弹道偏转,并且着靶速度对弹道偏转稳定性影响十分显著,采用细观混凝土模型模拟相对准确;弹径比不小于2,混凝土细观组成对弹道影响较小,并且着靶速度对弹道偏转稳定性影响较小,可考虑采用均匀介质模型模拟。In order to quantitatively describe factors causing trajectory deflection in the process of projectiles penetrating concrete targets,the model was adopted,which was random aggregate of concrete targets penetrated by rigid projectiles. Trajectory deflection was taken as the index,and the striking velocity varied from 300 m / s to 1 200 m / s and four diameter ratios 0. 40,0. 85,1. 67,2. 67 as the factor,the influence of the two factors on trajectory deflection was researched. The results show that during projectile penetrating,the deflection angle decreases as the diameter ratio increases. For the projectiles penetrating concrete targets,when the diameter ratio is less than 2,the trajectory deflection angle is large; For low speed( less than 500 m / s) penetration,the trajectory deflection angle fluctuation is large,and the high-speed( not less than 800 m / s) penetration,the trajectory deflection angle fluctuation is small. and when the diameter ratio is greater than 2,the trajectory deflection angle is small In the process of penetration,as for the the fluctuation. It's show that for the projectiles whose diameter ratio is less than 2,the concrete micro-mechanical structure promotes the trajectory deflection's development vastly,and the trajectory deflection is affected significantly by striking velocity. For the projectiles whose diameter ratio isn't less than 2,both the concrete micro-mechanical structure and the striking velocity don't affect the trajectory almost.
