摘  要:为研究隔板对亚半球药型罩杆式射流成型的影响,利用非线性动力学软件AUTODYN-2D对其成型过程进行数值模拟。研究表明:隔板提高了亚半球药型罩成型杆式射流速度和装药能量转化率;用正交设计方法分析了隔板参数中隔板直径d和隔板底部距药型罩顶部距离H两种因素对射流成型的影响,结果表明隔板直径d是射流成型的主要影响因素;H的选取不宜过大。对比分析了聚氨酯、橡胶、尼龙、聚四氟乙烯和聚苯乙烯五种隔板材料对射流成型的影响,综合考虑尼龙作为隔板材料时效果最佳。In order to study effects of wave-shaper on jetting projectile charge of sub-semisphere shaped charge,the AUTODYN-2D software was used to simulate formation of projectile. The results show that jet velocity and charge's energy transformation rate have been improved obviously with the wave-shaper. According to analysis on the effect of wave-shaper parameters diameter d and wave-shaper bottom from the liner top distance H of two factors on jet molding by orthogonal design method,the wave-shaper diameter d is the main influencing factor,and H should not too large. The impacts of five wave-shaper materials on jet formation including polyurethane,rubber,nylon,teflon and polystyrene were analyzed by comparison,it shows that the best material is nylon.
