杜仲强筋健骨的药理作用及临床应用研究进展

摘　　要：杜仲具有补肝肾、强筋骨之功效。近年来大量研究表明,杜仲对骨髓间充质干细胞增殖与骨向分化以及骨代谢平衡具有良好的调节作用;能提高骨密度、抑制骨吸收,有效防治骨质疏松症;对力竭运动小鼠的肝脏和骨骼肌具有保护作用;同时还具有促进纵骨生长和防治骨性关节炎等作用。本文对近年来杜仲在强筋健骨方面的药理作用及临床应用等研究进行综述。Eucommia ulmoides has the effects of tonifying the liver and kidney,strengthening the bones and muscles. Numerous recent studies show,that Eucommia ulmoides can regulate BMSCs proliferation and osteogenic differentiation; adjust the balance of bone metabolism; Increase bone density; Inhibit bone absorption; prevent and treat the osteoporosis; protect the liver and skeletal muscle of exhaustive exercise mice; promote the longitudinal bone growth; prevent and treat the osteoarthritis. This paper reviews the research progress of pharmacological actions and their mechanisms and the clinical application in strong gluten bone health of Eucommia ulmoides of recent years.
