疏风解毒胶囊治疗带状疱疹的临床评价

摘　　要：目的探究疏风解毒胶囊治疗带状疱疹的临床疗效。方法选取卫生部北京医院于2014年1月—2014年12月确诊的110例带状疱疹患者,随机分为实验组和对照组,两组患者均使用常规治疗方案进行治疗,实验组在常规治疗上加用疏风解毒胶囊治疗,观察两组患者的止疱、结痂、止痛时间。结果实验组的止疱时间、结痂时间短于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组止痛时间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论疏风解毒胶囊联合常规治疗可以明显的缩短止疱时间和结痂时间,有助于带状疱疹的恢复。Objective To explore the clinical curative effect of Shufeng Judu Capsule（SFJDC） in the treatment of herpes zoster. Methods One hundred and ten patients with herpes zoster were randomly divided into experimental group and control group from January to December, 2014. The patients in the control group were dealt with conventional treatment and in the experimental group with SFJDC on the basis of conventional treatment, so as to observe the recovery time for main symptoms and signs of the patients in the two groups. Results The alleviating blister time and forming scab time of the patients in the experimental group were shorter than those of the patients in the control group; The difference between the two groups was statistically significant（P〈 0.05）; The alleviating pain time between the two groups without statistical significance（P 〉0.05）. Conclusion SFJDC with conventional treatment can obviously shorten the alleviating blister time and forming scab time and promote the recovery of herpes zoster.
