益母草活血化瘀化学成分与药理作用研究进展

摘　　要：益母草是一种活血化瘀的常用药,临床上常用于治疗月经不调、产后瘀痛、心血管疾病、血液病等。益母草中含有生物碱、二萜、阿魏酸、挥发油、黄酮类、多糖等多种化学成分,其中发现生物碱类、二萜类、环形多肽类等与益母草活血化瘀作用相关;其药理作用与改变血液流变学,改善微循环,改善心肌缺血,抗血栓等有关。综述益母草活血化瘀作用的物质基础与作用机制研究进展,旨在促进对该中药的进一步研究,为新药研发提供依据。Leonurus japonicus is a common drug used in activating blood and resolving stasis, clinically used to treat irregular menstruation, postpartum blood stasis pain, cardiovascular disease, blood disease, etc. There are alkaloids, diterpene, ferulic acid, volatile oil, flavonoid, polysaccharide, and other chemical components in L.japonicus. Researchers found that alkaloids, diterpenoid, and circular peptide are associated with blood circulation of L.japonicus; The pharmacological effects are related to changing blood rheology, improving microcirculation, improving myocardial ischemia, anti-platelet aggregation, and so on. Overviewing the research progress on the material basis and its mechanism of activating blood and resolving stasis. This paper aims at promoting the further research and development of Chinese materia medicaand providing the basis for the new drug research and development.
