摘　　要：目的：探讨胫骨远端内侧解剖锁定钛板MIPPO技术内固定治疗胫骨远端骨折的临床疗效。方法选取2011年10月～2012年12月我院就诊的胫骨远端骨折的患者70例，所有患者随机分为研究组和对照组各35例。观察两组患者的手术时间、出血量、住院天数、骨折X线愈合时间及Mazur踝关节功能评分及并发症发生情况。结果研究组患者手术时间、出血量、住院天数、骨折X线愈合时间皆低于对照组，两组比较，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。研究组患者优良为94.29%，明显高于对照组的80.00%，两组比较，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。研究组患者的并发症发生率明显低于对照组，两组比较，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论胫骨远端内侧解剖锁定钛板MIPP0技术在治疗胫骨远端骨折时，具有创伤小、骨折愈合时间短、并发症少、术后功能更佳，值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the Medial distal tibia anatomical locking titanium plate internal fixation of MIPPO technique for the treatment of distal tibial fractures. Methods 70 patients of distal tibial fractures From 2011 October to 2012 December in our hospital were all collected and randomly divided into study group and control group with 35 cases in each group. The operation time, bleeding volume, two groups of patients hospitalized days, X-ray healing time and the Mazur function of the ankle joint fracturescore, complication. were observed and compared. Results Research group of patients with operation time, amount of bleeding,hospitalization time, healing time of fracture X-ray is lower than that of the control group, two groups, significant difference （P 〈 0.05）. Patients instudy group the excellent was 94.29%, significantly higher than the control group 80%, two groups of comparison, difference was significant（P 〈 0.05）. The rate of complications in patients of the study group was significantly lower than the control group, the two groups, there were significant differences （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Medial distal tibia anatomical locking titanium plate in MIPP0 technologyfor treatment of the distal tibial fracture, with less trauma, shorter healing time, less complications, postoperative function better,it is worthy of clinical application.
