摘　　要：中国1995—2009年的产品贸易数据和劳动力数据表明劳动力质量对进口中间产品质量具有正向效应,且在中国适用:正向效应在不同类型样本国家大小不一;低级技术工人的正向效应最强;地理距离、是否内陆和外部冲击显著地负向影响进口中间产品质量,贸易伙伴相对于中国的经济自由化水平、自由贸易协定和地理接壤对进口中间产品质量具有显著的正向效应。我国政府要支持高职院校发展以利于劳动力质量的提升,并为企业进口高质量中间产品创造良好的政策环境。目前,我国进口中间产品质量总体偏低,提高劳动力质量有助于消化与吸收高质量进口中间产品内含的先进技术,使人口红利逐步向人才红利转移。Virtue of the records of product trade and labor from 1995 to 2009 in China certified that labor quality has positive effect on quality of imported intermediate product and it is suitable for China. The positive effect in different types of sample countries is different and it is most effective to low skilled workers. Geographical distance,inland or not,exogenous shocks,these all have negative effect to quality of imported intermediate product. Relative to China＇s standard of economic liberalization,free trade agreement,geographical propinquity,trade partner has prominent positive effect to quality of imported intermediate product. Our government should support the development of the higher vocational college. It is beneficial to improving the labor quality and creates a good policy environment for industries to import high quality intermediate product. Now,the quality of imported intermediate product in our country is low in total. Improving the labor quality is beneficial to digest and absorb the advanced technology contained in high quality of imported intermediate product. It also makes demographic dividend transfer to talent dividend gradually.
