摘  要:对当前架空输电线路室温硫化(Room Temperature Vulcanization,RTV)防污闪涂料现状进行了分析,研究RTV涂料在输电线路防污闪中的关键技术,提出判断RTV涂料寿命评估方法及复涂技术。总结RTV防污闪涂料在重污秽、高湿度条件下的重要技术环节,解决防污闪涂料预测寿命、评估配置水平、复涂条件分析、复涂方法实施等关键技术问题。寿命评估与复涂技术可实现对不同电压等级架空线路RTV涂料检测分析,对提升线路外绝缘水平有重要的作用。The current situation of RTV anti-pollution flash-over coating is analyzed in this paper, which is used on overhead transmission lines. Key technologies of RTV coating in transmission line anti-pollution flash-over are researched, and it makes judgments RTV coating life assessment and recoating techniques. This paper summarizes the important technical links of RTV coating under heavy contamination and high humidity conditions, and it solves the life assessment, the configuration level evaluation, the re-coating condition analysis, the re-coating method implementation, and other key technical issues. Life assessment and re-coating technology enable the detection and analysis of RTV coatings on different voltage levels overhead transmission lines, and play an important role in enhancing the external insulation level of transmission lines.
