中试规模制备的功能性硫化剂在天然橡胶中的应用

摘　　要：采用中试规模制备了有机基团修饰的功能性硫黄S(-organic-中),考察了其在硫化天然橡胶(NR)中的特性。结果表明,胶料中加入中试产品S(-organic-中)后,其硫化特性与小试产品相同,硫化胶的物理力学性能也与小试相当。耐喷霜实验表明,中试规模的产品与小试规模的产品相同,表明中试没有给所制备的功能性硫黄带来性能差异。Functional curing agent S（-organic-pilot）by pilot experiment was used to in vestigate vulcanized natural rubber（NR）characteristics modified by organic group.The results showed that the material was added in the product of S（-organic-pilot）,the vulcanization characteristics were equal with the small pilot product.Physical mechanical properties were also quite.Resistant to frost spray experiments showed that pilot sulfur had the same properties with the small scale product.It was indicated that the experiment of pilot scale did not influence the performance.
