参附注射液辅助治疗ST段抬高型急性心肌梗死并发急性左心力衰竭的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:评价参附注射液治疗ST段抬高型急性心肌梗死并发急性左心衰的临床疗效。方法:将80例ST段抬高型急性心肌梗死并发左心衰患者随机分为对照组40例、治疗组40例。2组均采用西医常规方法治疗,治疗组加用参附注射液静脉输注治疗。疗程为14天。观察两组患者治疗前后CO(心输出量)、CI(心脏指数)及LVEF(左心射血分数)的变化以及两组存活患者临床症状和心衰严重程度的变化情况。结果:经比较2组患者14天内生存情况比较无统计学意义(P>0.05);但两组患者中存活患者治疗前后CO(心输出量)、CI(心脏指数)及LVEF(左心射血分数)的变化以及两组存活患者临床症状和心衰严重程度的变化均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用参附注射液辅助治疗ST段抬高型急性心肌梗死并发急性左心衰患者,能有效提高临床疗效,改善心功能。Objective：Evaluate the clinical efficacy of Shenfu injection treat ST segment elevation acute myocardial infarction complicated by acute left ventricular failure. Methods：The 80 cases of ST-segment elevation acute myocardial infarction complicated by heart failure were randomly divided into a control group of 40 patients and the treatment group of 40 patients. Two groups were treated by conventional Western medicine method ,the treatment group use Shenfu injection intravenous infusion therapy. Treatment for 14 days. Observing two groups of patients＇changes of CO （cardiac output）,CI （cardiac index） and LVEF （left ventricular ejection fraction）, and two sets of clinical symptoms and survival in patients with heart failure severity of the treatment.Result：By comparing two groups of patients within 14 days of survival was not statistically significant （P〉0.05）.But the two groups of patients before and after treatment survived CO （cardiac output）, CI （cardiac index） and LVEF （left ventricular ejection scores） and two changes of clinical symptoms and survival in patients with heart failure severity of the changes were statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion：Using Shenfu injection adjuvant therapy ST-segment elevation acute myocardial infarction in patients with acute left ventricular failure, which can effectively improve the clinical efficacy and improve heart function.
