螺旋CT三维重建技术在胫骨平台骨折的应用价值

摘　　要：目的：探讨螺旋CT三维重建技术在胫骨平台骨折中的应用价值。方法：回顾性分析2013-2014年25例胫骨平台骨折病例。手术前均行X线摄片、螺旋CT扫描,并三维重建成像,与术中所见对照。结果：所有病例螺旋CT三维重建明确地显示了骨折,对关节面碎裂情况的显示优于X线平片,有利于术前骨折的分型,手术证实了螺旋CT三维重建显示骨折情况。结论：螺旋CT三维重建图像可清晰显示骨折的部位、骨折线的走行方向、骨质碎裂程度和移位的距离以及关节面塌陷情况等,有助于骨折的分型及治疗。Objective：Tu investigate the applicable value of spiral CT with 3D reconstnlctinn in the tibial plateau fractures.Methods：25 cases of tibial plateau fractures in our hospital from 2013 to 2014 were studied retrospectively. X- ray and spiral CT with 3D reconstnlction wen- used in pre-operation.and analysis the rest,It of the between pre-nperation and operation.Results： All cases of spiral CT with 3D reconstnction clearly shows the fracture and fracture of articular surface and sub-type fracture of the situation described was more superor,and consistented with the surgery,Conclusion： After dealing with a variety of CT imaging technology can show clearly the site of fracture,fracture lines running direction of the bone fragments and the shift away from.as well as the joint surface collapse,and other circumstances,which is of great advantage of fracture classification and preoperative preoperations.
