多发性骨髓瘤合并肾功能衰竭行血透联合化疗病人的护理

摘　　要：目的:探讨多发性骨髓瘤合并肾功能衰竭行血液透析联合化疗患者的护理措施。方法:对我院收治的5例多发性骨髓瘤合并肾功能衰竭患者进行血透导管和动静脉内瘘护理、化疗护理、缓解疼痛预防骨折、心理护理等护理措施。结果:通过第1个疗程的治疗和护理,本组患者中3例CR,2例PR,均无骨痛主诉,1例肾功能恢复接近正常脱离血透治疗,仅1例在化疗间歇期并发严重肺部感染放弃治疗。结论:对多发性骨髓瘤合并肾功能衰竭行血液透析联合化疗患者加强的护理可促进患者的康复。Objiective：To explore the nursing measures of multiple myeloma combined rertal failure line of hemodialysis patients with combi- nation chemotherapy.Methods： 5 patients with multiple myeloma combined renal failure were with hemodialysis catheter care and arteriove- nous fistula,chemotherapy nursing,pain nursing and psychological care.Results： By the first course of treatment and nu^ing care, in this group of patients,three cases were CR, two cases were PR, one case of renal failure patient,the renal function became almost normal and free from the hemodialysis,only one patient complicated with severe lung infections during intermittent of chemotherapy stopped treatment. Conclusion： For multiple myeloma combined renal failure line of hemodialysis patients with combination chemotherapy to strengthen nursing can promote the rehabilitation of patients.
