摘　　要：介绍了2A10铝合金铆钉线材的试验研究过程,通过对铸锭质量控制、线毛料挤压工艺、退火工艺及线材拉伸最终变形量的研究,确定了2A10铝合金铆钉线材的最佳生产工艺。按此工艺生产的2A10铝合金铆钉线材,铆接性能符合标准规定及用户使用要求。The test process of 2A10 aluminum rivet wire is introduced. The best production process of the 2A10 aluminum rivet wire is determined through the research on the ingot quality control, line wool extrusion technology, annealing process and final deformation of wire tensile. The 2A10 aluminum rivet wire produced with this process has qualified riveting performance to meet standard requirements and user demand.
