广西土地整治测绘工程监理初探

摘　　要：近年来广西土地整治事业发展很快,土地整治测绘项目繁多、任务重、难度大。测绘工程技术设计深度不够、项目踏勘不到位、项目投入与实际需求不相适应、工程进度缓慢及测绘成果质量不合格等问题突出。通过探讨广西土地整治测绘工程监理包括监理规划方案、实施细则以及其他事项,拟对土地整治项目测绘工程进行全程监理,以期解决问题,为日后广西土地整治测绘工程监理提供研究和经验基础。In recent years, the land improvement enterprises in Guangxi developed very quickly. There are many land improvement mapping projects, but the duties become heavier and the difficulties become greater than before. Problems are prominent in that the technical design of geodetic engineering are insufficient in depth; the project inspection is not in gear; the project investment and the actual demand does not meet with each other; the project progresses slowly, and the mapping achievement quality is unqualified, and so on. This article will discuss Guangxi land improvement in overseeing geodetic engineering, including overseeing planning scheme, the executive regulation as well as other business, overseeing the entire course of land improvement project of geodetic engineering, which will provide the research and empirical base for the Guangxi land improvement in overseeing geodetic engineering in the future.
