摘　　要：发展旅游业是促进地区经济发展的有效途径。平乐县拥有优良的旅游资源以及良好的区位优势,但是相对于周边县域而言旅游业的发展相对滞后。该文基于SWOT-AHP模型分别从定性和定量的角度对平乐县旅游业发展的各个因素进行分析,发现对平乐县旅游业发展影响最重要的因素是旅游资源优势、政府重视和政策机遇;而宣传力度不够、居民对休闲旅游活动的增加、市场需求越来越大等几个因素对平乐旅游业发展影响相对较小。利用发展战略四边形方法对分析结果进行战略判断,发现采取OS(机会开拓型)策略,更有利于平乐县旅游业的发展。The development of tourism is an effective way to promote regional economic development. Pingle has excellent tourist resources and location advantages. The tourism industry lags more behind in development than the surrounding counties. In this paper, we analyze the factors affecting the development of tourism industry in the Pingle country from the perspective of the qualitative and the quantitative based on SWOT AHP model, to find that more important factor influence on the development of the tourism industry in the Pingle country is the advantage of tourism resource, more emphasis of the government and policy opportunities. While the factors such as inadequate propaganda, the increase in the leisure and tourism of the residents, the increasing market demand, seem less important in the development of tourism industry in the Pingle country. Finally, according to the development strategy of the quadrilateral, we find that the strategy of OS is more propitious to the development of the tourism in the Pingle county.
