摘　　要：民航数据通信网络是民航通信系统的重要组成部分,为民航业务的安全稳健开展提供了强有力的保障。本文从民航数据通信网络的技术背景出发,论述在新形势下民航数据通信网络建设及网络优化改造的方法与原则,并结合民航数据通信网络的现行架构及分组交换网络自身的特点,着重从现实角度出发,提出在民航信息系统中引入分组交换设备这一新型传输设备并探讨分组交换设备在民航数据通信网络中的组网与应用,为民航信息网络中的传输网络建设提供了参考依据。Civil aviation data communication network is an important part of the civil service system. It provides a strong guarantee for the development of civil aviation security business. This paper starts from the background of the network of civil aviation data communication network, discusses the method and principle of civil aviation communica- tion network construction under the new situation, and Combines with the characteristics of civil aviation communica- tion network and PTN （Packet Transport Network） equipment, Introduces the PTN which is a new type of transmission equipment in the civil aviation information system and discusses the application of the PTN in civil aviation＇ s data com- munication network. All this provides an effective scheme for network optimizing.
