摘 要:目的本文优化和建立了微波消解-氢化物发生-原子荧光光谱法测定云南特有中药云木香中砷、汞、铅3种元素含量的检测方法。方法通过对消解时间、消解压力、各试剂用量等样品前处理条件进行优化,找出微波消解的最佳条件并对样品进行消解,同时优化砷、汞、铅的仪器条件和断续流动程序,用氢化物发生-原子荧光光谱法同时测定云南特有中药材云木香消解液中的砷、汞、铅。结果采用本方法测定时,荧光强度与进样浓度之间呈良好的线性关系,砷、汞、铅3种元素的线性范围分别为0.2μg/L^50μg/L、0.2μg/L^40μg/L、0.2μg/L^100μg/L,检出限分别为0.043μg/L、0.036μg/L、0.531μg/L,RSD分别为0.17%、2.2%、3.3%。方法的重复性良好,RSD分别为3.2%、4.6%、1.3%,回收率为90.3%~101.9%。结论该方法快速、简便,灵敏度高,干扰小,可用于中药材中不同元素含量的检测以及中药材的质量控制。Objective To optimize and establish microwave digestion- hydride generation- atomic fluorescence spectroscopy method for the content determination of As,Hg,Pb in traditional Chinese medicine Aucklandia lappa decne peculiar to Yunnan. Methods The time,pressure of digestion and the dosage of reagents in sample preparation were optimized to find out the best conditions for microwave digestion. At the same time the instrument condition and intermittent flow procedures were explored to determinate As,Hg,Pb in Yunnan endemic medical herbs Aucklandia lappa decne by microwave digestion- hydride generation- AFS method. Results There was a good linear correlation between the fluorescence intensity and the concentration of As,Hg,Pb in the range 0. 2 μg / L- 50 μg / L,0. 2 μg / L- 40 μg / L,0. 2 μg / L- 100 μg / L. The detection limit was respectively 0. 043 μg / L,0. 036 μg / L,0. 531 μg / L,and RSD was respectively 0. 17%,2. 2%,3. 3%. The method repeatability was good,and RSD was 3. 2%,4. 6% and 1. 3%. The recovery rate was among 90. 3%- 101. 9%. Conclusion This method is simple,rapid,high sensitive and of little interference. It can be used in the determination of different elements and the quality control of trace elements in traditional Chinese medicine.
