摘  要:目的建立微波消解-电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS)测定螃蟹样品中微量元素钼含量的方法。方法将样品经微波消解后,直接用ICP-MS测定样品中钼的含量。本方法采用98Mo进行测定,选用元素115In作为内标,对基体效应、仪器信号漂移进行补偿,以保证测量的准确性。并对仪器的工作条件进行了优化,对各种干扰条件进行了校正和消除。结果在优化的实验条件下,钼的标准曲线的线性相关系数为0.999 98,方法的检出限为0.000 307 mg/kg,方法的精密度为7.8%和7.4%。并对样品进行了加标回收实验,回收率为92.3%~105.0%。对国家标准物质扇贝GBW10024和紫菜GBW10023进行了分析,测定值在标准参考值范围内。结论该方法简单、快速,结果准确、可靠,适用于螃蟹中钼的检测。Objective To establish a method for determination of molybdenum in crab by microwave digestion- inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometer( ICP- MS). Methods Molybdenum in crab was determined by ICP- MS directly after microwave digestion. In the method,98 Mo was determined,115 In was chosen as internal standard element to reduce the matrix interference and the instrument signal drift,so as to ensure the determining accuracy. The working conditions of instrument were optimized and the multiple interference was corrected and slaked. Results Under the optimized conditions,the linear correlative coefficient for Mo was 0. 999 98,the detection limit was 0. 000 307 mg / kg,the relative standard deviations were 7. 8% and7. 4%. In the recovery experiment controlled by adding stand substance,the recovery rates were among 92. 3%- 105. 0%. The analysis results of Mo in GBW10024 and GBW10023 were consistent with the certified values. Conclusion The method was simple,rapid,accurate and reliable,which is practicable for determining Mo in crab.
