摘 要:目的探讨不同程度的溶血、脂浊标本对电化学免疫分析(ECLIA)检测HBs Ag阴性、弱阳性结果的影响。方法对采集的各30例阴性、弱阳性血浆标本进行不同程度的溶血处理,采用脂肪乳剂对标本进行不同程度的脂浊稀释处理后分组,未稀释组为第1组,1∶1为第2组,1∶2为第3组,1∶4为第4组,1∶8为第5组,1∶16为第6组,1∶32为第7组,用Cobsa e411仪器检测处理各标本HBs Ag的值。结果不同程度溶血的阴性、弱阳性标本差异均无统计学意义(F=2.261、1.460,P>0.05)。不同程度脂浊的阴性、弱阳性性标本差异均无统计学意义(F=1.358、0.509,P>0.05)。结论不同程度的溶血、脂浊标本对ECLIA检测HBs Ag阴性以及弱阳性结果无显著性影响,ECLIA对溶血、脂浊具有抗干扰能力,在临床工作中可以优先选择,提高结果检测的准确性。Objective To investigate the influence of hemolysis and lipid turbidity specimens with different degree on the determination results of HBs Ag( negative and weakly positive) by the method of electrochemical immunoassay( ECLIA). Methods All the 30 cases of plasma specimens( negative,weakly positive) treated by different degree of hemolysis and by different levels of lipid turbidity,after dilution with fat emulsion,were grouped as groupⅠ( without dilution),groupⅡ( 1∶1),groupⅢ( 1∶2)and groupⅣ( 1∶4),groupⅤ( 1∶8),groupⅥ( 1∶16),groupⅦ( 1∶32). Then the results of HBs Ag were detected by Cobsa e411. Results There was no statistical significance on the differences in the negative,weakly positive specimens with different degree of hemolysis( F = 2. 261,1. 460,P〈0. 05). There was no statistical significance on the differences in negative samples and weak positive samples with different degrees of lipid turbidity( F = 1. 358,0. 509,P〈0. 05). Conclu sion There was no significant influence on the result of HBsAg with the method of ECLIA after the treatment of different degree of hemolysis and lipid turbidity. Thus ECLIA which has anti- interference ability to hemolysis and lipid turbidity,can be chosen prior in clinical work to improve the accuracy of the result.
