消痛酊联合奥施康定治疗癌痛临床疗效及安全性

摘　　要：目的观察消痛酊联合奥施康定治疗癌痛的临床疗效及安全性。方法选择癌痛患者97例,随机分为治疗组(消痛酊涂擦+奥施康定口服,T组)、对照组(奥施康定口服,C组)。采用数字评估量表(NRS)、癌症患者生活质量问卷[EORTC QLQ-C30(v3.0)中文版]评估两组患者治疗前及治疗第8天、治疗后的疼痛分值及生活质量各领域等指标,同时观察不良反应。结果 T组治疗前后疼痛评分比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组躯体功能、总健康状况、疼痛领域治疗前后及两组躯体功能、疼痛领域治疗后比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);C组不良反应发生例数多于T组。结论消痛酊联合奥施康定治疗癌痛有一定疗效且用药安全。Objective To observe the efficacy and the safety on cancer pain treated with xiaotong tincture and oxycontin. Methods Ninety - seven patients of cancer pain were selected and randomized into a treatment group（topical application of xiaotong tincture and oral administration of oxycontin）and a control group（oral administration of oxycontin）. The numerical rating scale（NRS）,EORTC QLQ - C30 version 3. 0 were used to assess pain score and the indicators of each field of life quality in the patients of two groups be-fore treatment,on the 8th day of treatment and after treatment separately and the adverse reactions were ob-served. Results In the treatment group,pain score was different significantly before and after treatment（P ﹤0. 05）. The differences in somatic function,general health state and pain filed were significant before and af-ter treatment in the treatment group and the differences in somatic function and pain field were significant be-tween the two groups（P ﹤ 0. 05）. The cases of adverse reactions in the control group were more than those in the treatment group. Conclusion The combined application of xiaotong tincture and oxycontin achieves a certain efficacy and safe in treatment of cancer pain.
