摘  要:飞行安全状态评估是飞行员选拔和资质审查的重要环节。通过对飞行事故/事故征候致因统计数据分析,结合专家调查法,构建飞行学员安全状态综合评价指标体系.针对评价指标模糊难以客观量化特征,采用熵权层次分析法组合赋权法确定指标权重,,建立飞行学员安全状态模糊综合评价模型,并通过对飞行学员安全状态评价进行了算例验证,结论为飞行员选拔和培养提供理论参考.Safety awareness assessment was important for the flight students selection and qualification examination. Flight students safety awareness comprehensive assessment indexes system was established based on the summary of research results and statistical data analysis of accident/incident causations, combing with flight instructors and experts survey. For the indexes were fuzzy and difficult to quantify, determining the indexes weight with a combination of entropy and analytic hierarchy process (AHP) method, and establishing the fuzzy comprehensive-assessment model of flight students safety awareness, which was verified through the assessment case of the safety awareness of flight students, the conclusion provided theoretical reference for the pilots selection and training.
