摘　　要：全文介绍了辽宁省肿瘤医院头颈科40年的发展历程,叙述了头颈科在临床和科研方面所取得的进步和成绩,着重介绍科室特色、先进诊疗技术以及近年来大力开展的头颈肿瘤多学科协作诊疗技术。The 40 years development of head and neck department of Liaoning Cancer Hospital is introduced. The improvements and achievements of clinic and research are described,the characteristic of department,advanced technology in diagnosis and treatment,and multidisciplinary team therapy of head and neck tumors are introduced in this paper extremely.
