个体化仿生物理疗法联合补中益气丸治疗子宫全切术后压力性尿失禁52例

摘　　要：目的:探讨个体化仿生物理疗法联合补中益气丸对腹式非脱垂子宫全切术后患者压力性尿失禁(SUI)的疗效。方法:将108例住院行腹式非脱垂子宫全切除术后SUI患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各54例。对照组给予低频电刺激+生物反馈的个体化仿生物理治疗,治疗组则在对照组治疗基础上合补中益气丸治疗,两组均于术前、术后3个月、疗程结束即时、术后6个月、术后12个月从SUI发生率、漏尿量、盆底肌肉肌力及其肌电位值等方面评价疗效。结果:子宫切除术前和术后3个月两组SUI发生率、漏尿量无明显差异(P>0.05),治疗后两组SUI发生率、漏尿量明显降低,且治疗组效果优于对照组(P<0.05)。子宫切除术前和术后3个月两组肌力及肌电位无明显差异(P>0.05),治疗后两组肌力及肌电位明显提高,且治疗组肌力及肌电位值高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:个体化仿生物理疗法联合补中益气丸可以明显降低术后SUI发生率,提高盆底肌肉肌力,且改善盆底功能受损症状效果更持久。Objective： To investigate the efficacy of individualized bionic physical therapy combined with Buzhong Yiqi pills in the treatment of stress urinary incontinence （SUI）in patients treated with abdominal total hys- terectomy for non - prolapsed uterus. Methods ： A total of 108 hospitalized patients with SUI after abdominal total hysterectomy for non - prolapsed uterus were randomly divided into treatment group （ n = 54 ） and control group （ n = 54 ）. The control group received individualized bionic physical therapy with low - frequency electrical stimula- tion and biofeedback ,while the treatment group received the individualized bionic physical therapy combined with Buzhong Yiqi pills. The treatment outcomes of the two groups were evaluated in terms of the incidence of SUI,incon- tinence capacity （IC） ,pelvic floor muscle strength, and muscle potential before operation, at 3 months after opera- tion,immediately after treatment course,and at 6 and 12 months after operation. Results：There were no significant differences in the incidence of SUI and IC between the two groups before hysterectomy and at 3 months after opera- tion （P 〉 0.05 ）. The two groups showed significant decreases in the incidence of SUI and IC after treatment, and the treatment group had significantly higher decreases in the two indices than the control group （P 〈 0. 05）. There were no significant differences in pelvic floor muscle strength and muscle potential between the two groups before hysterectomy and at 3 months after operation （ P 〉 0. 05 ）. The two groups showed significant increases in pelvic floor muscle strength and muscle potential after treatment, and the treatment group had significantly higher increases in the two indices than the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： Individualized bionic physical therapy combined with Buzhong Yiqi pills can significantly decrease the incidence of SUI and increase pelvic floor muscle strength af- ter hysterectomy, and has a more durable effect in
