摘  要:目的研究邻苯二甲醛消毒液浓度测试卡的指示性能,为实际监测应用提供依据。方法采用测试卡与气相色谱分析法比对测试方法,对某邻苯二甲醛浓度测试卡性能进行实验室观察。结果邻苯二甲醛消毒液经分析确定出系列浓度,再用邻苯二甲醛浓度测试卡进行验证测定。用该邻苯二甲醛浓度测试卡测定含量为3 500 mg/L的邻苯二甲醛消毒液,其色块变色可在5s达到终点;测定浓度为3 000 mg/L的邻苯二甲醛消毒液,需要反应10 s达到变色终点;测定含量2 800 mg/L的邻苯二甲醛消毒液,该测试卡不仅变色缓慢,且只有60%测试卡能够达到终点色。结论该邻苯二甲醛浓度测试卡用于测试常规使用浓度范围的邻苯二甲醛消毒液反应快速,测定准确,可用于使用中消毒剂浓度监测。Objective To study the indicating effect of ortho - phthalaldehyde (OPA) disinfectant solution test strips, provide basis for actual surveillance. Methods Comparative measurement method was used to compare the test strips with gas chromatogram, laboratory observation on the effect of someone OPA solution test strips. Results Diluting the OPA in- to serial certain concentrations, then use test strips to test the concentration. When the OPA concentration was 3 500 mg/L, the test strips finished color change in 5 seconds. When the OPA concentration was 3 000 mg/L,color changed time was 10 seconds. When the OPA concentration was 2 800 mg/L, the test strips not only changed color slowly but just 60% can appeared color change. Conclusion The OPA disinfectant solution test strips test routine range of OPA disinfectant solution concentrations are quickly and accurately, it can be used for monitoring disinfectant solution in use.
