摘 要:目的研究计算机追溯系统在复用医疗器械再处理质量控制中的应用。方法采用计算机信息管理路径,建立复用医疗器械清洗、消毒与灭菌等再处理专用质量追溯系统,确保医疗器械再处理质量的可追溯性。结果采用计算机质量追溯系统,使得无菌器械包外标识正确率由92%提高到100%;医疗器械质量管理部门和临床科室使用满意度明显提升;条形码书写速度由3.64条/min提高到74.56条/min。结论本研究建立的复用医疗器械再处理循环计算机质量追溯系统具有追溯信息齐全、提高质量追溯准确性和速度快的特点,值得推广应用。Objective To study the computer tracking system used in reprocessing reusable medical device quality con- trol. Methods By computer information management path, we build reusable medical device cleaning, disinfection and sterilization reprocessing special quality tracing system to ensure the quality of medical device reprocessing traceability. Re- suits Using computer quality tracking system, the correct rate of the outside package of sterile instruments raised from 92% up to 100% , medical device quality management and clinical departments using satisfaction improved significantly; barcode writing speed inereased from 3.64 / min up to 74.56 / min. Conclusion This reuse of medical devices repro- cessing cycle computer quality traceability system has complete traceability information, improving the accuracy and quality tracing speed characteristics, should be widely applied.
