摘 要:目的应用ATP生物荧光检测法对医务人员手卫生质量进行检测,探索手消毒效果快速评价方法。方法采用ATP生物荧光法,对某医院医务人员洗手效果进行检测,并实施有效干预措施,评价手卫生质量。结果实施有效的干预措施,使得医务人员手卫生知识知晓率由45.29%上升到92.67%,手卫生依从性从36.84%上升到95.45%。通过ATP荧光仪检测证明,实施干预措施后手消毒合格率从20.00%上升到90.00%。结论采取有效干预措施可明显改善医务人员手卫生知晓率、依从性和手卫生效果,ATP生物荧光检测法可用于手卫生质量评价。Objective To test hand hygiene quality of medical staff by ATP bioluminescence assay and explore fast evalua- tion method of hand disinfection effect. Methods The ATP bioluminescence method was used to test the hand washing effect of medical staff in a hospital. And effective intervention was implemented to evaluate the hand hygiene quality. Re- sults By the implement of effective interventions, the aware of knowledge about medical staff hand hygiene was raised from 45.29% to 92.67% . Hand hygiene compliance rate was increased from 36.84% to 95.45%. ATP fluorescence spectrom- eter tests prove that the hand disinfection qualified rate increased from 20.00% to 90.00% after the intervention measures conducted. Conclusion Take effective intervention measures can obviously improve the medical staff hand hygiene aware- ness, compliance and effect of hand hygiene. ATP bioluminescence assay can be used for hand hygiene quality evaluation.
